DBM02 Management Fundamentals

The goal of this paper is for you to think and write a paper which reflects your thought process about customer service. This paper should look at all the facets of customer service that has been taught to you in class or you may have encountered when discussing it as a group. The paper should tell the reader the following:

1.Has there been a change in opinion on how you view customer service after taking this class as oppose to how you felt before you took this class?

2.Has doing research for on various customer service topics for your presentation provided any new insight for you?

3.Have you learned anything from these presentations which you can imitate when dealing with customers at your place of work?

Here are some of the things that the paper should reflect on:

Choose a work/personal experience from your life which has had a profound effect on you as to how you view customer service. The reason for choosing this event and how it stands out for you?

      1. Contextualize your reflection:  What are your learning goals? What are the objectives of the organization?  How do these goals fit with the themes or concepts from the course?

     2. Provide important information: What is the name of the host organization? What is their mission? Who do they serve? What was your role? What did you do?

     3. Analytical Reflection: What did you learn from this experience? About yourself? About working in the field? About society?  

     4. Personal Reflection:   What does it mean for my future? Lessons learned from this experience? How will it be help me with my future goals?

Use your personal and professional understanding when writing this paper. Think about the presentations that you have done in the class and the various customer service topics that we have spoken about in class. Illustrate your paper with different examples that match your experience and will enhance the content when writing this paper.
