Strategic Management - Marking Weights  
In addressing their topic students need to use the steps in, and the techniques of strategic management (e.g. five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, and any other matrix as applicable for the case) in order to provide:  
a) An introduction, overview of the case; and Mission & Vision (Current)
b) An analysis of internal and external audit of the organisation, along with a Five Forces analysis, SWOT analysis, and any other matrix as applicable for the case;
c) An explanation of what particular strategies are being used (current business strategies) at functional, business, corporate, or international levels to gain competitive advantage in the current environment  
d) Recommendations / future strategies you think the organisation should adopt.
e) References (Harvard Style) and general written report presentation more than 10 reference
