Task

In the current health setting where you work you have received a letter from the Chief Executive Officer - Dr Adelaide.

The letter states that based on your recent performance appraisal you have been identified as a suitable candidate to be given the opportunity to be part of the inaugural leadership program.

To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to provide a report in response to the following:

Leading others requires self-reflection, knowledge about oneself and the ability to lead positively and to exemplify both effective and responsible leadership (Pless, 2018).  Using current literature on leadership styles and characteristics, undertake a self-reflection to identify what your current leadership style is?
