Critically analyse the forms and levels of diagnosis that were employed, and the nature and level(s) of the intervention. For this question, you should:
1. Start by briefly explaining what is diagnosis and why it’s important.
2.Analyse the forms and levels of diagnosis (to answer this part of the question, please refer to Chapters 7 & 8 of the textbook)
a.Was it problem-centric model or a dialogic model
b.Whichever model that you choose, provide specific evidence of its use in your organisation. Apply the characteristics of the model to analyse the change in your organisation. What was the level of the analysis

2.What were the interventions that were used in respect to the change activity in your organisation? (to answer this part of the question, please refer to Chapter 10 of the textbook)

If you were to be engaged as a Change Management consultant, how would you have managed the change process differently and why?
To answer this question, you may:
1. Identify some of the flaws in the implementation of the change process and explain why these were not successful – explain why the earlier approaches used in your company was not effective.
2.Acting as the consultant, make recommendation on how you think the process should have been managed effectively. Justify your recommendations – i.e. why you believe that the method/approach you are suggesting is better than the way change was implemented in your organisation. You may explain what you would differently in each stage of the change process that took place in your organisation.
3. While you may use elements from Chapter 4 of your textbook, you need to also reflect on your learning for this unit and integrate the concepts (especially topics 4-9) in explaining your answer.
