Case Study (Individual) Students need to analyse one case study provided by the lecturer and answer the questions based on the case study

Students are required to select a case organisation and address the areas that are deficient for further development and demonstrate the gaps – GAP analyses and further develop a revised Leadership and Change Management development plan for the case organisation.
