MNG92100 Strategic Asset Management

The task is to compile a comprehensive Annotated Bibliography about an Aspect of Leadership in Asset Management in relation to infrastructure assets. The bibliography must focus on an aspect of asset management at the strategic level. This could be policy development, decision making, competency development, quality management in relation to assets or any other strategic aspect of asset management. The three parts of the assignment are

(1) a 100 word description of your topic - to be submitted in class.

(2) a partial assignment as described above – to be submitted on the 25

(3) the final complete assignmen to be complete2021

The Annotated Bibliography must be written in accordance with the SCU Writing an Annotated Bibliography Academic Skills Quick Guide shown at this link. However, the first task is for you to post a paragraph of at least 100 words describing the aspect of asset management you would prefer to write about. The chosen “strategic aspect” for your assignment can be based on your previous work experience or familiarity through previous study. However, you must obtain the approval of your lecturer via email. This is so you can benefit from advice before dedicating too much time on an aspect of asset management that might not be relevant.
