We need some changes in attached assignment. Please find the comments and feedback given by tutor. i got second chance to submit this task.  Some recommendation in the ES are not related to findings presented in this section. Research objective should be find out the causes of the problem, not determining effect of turnover. Wrong conceptual framework. No mention of research method and justification of the same in Section 4 Methodology. How were the research tools developed? Nothing about ethics in the Methods section. Q3 in the interview is wrong as one cannot answer what others think. All survey questions are wrong. You should have sought approval from the local lecturer before using these research tools. No discussion of sample characteristics. Refer to Topic 9 lecture. Columns ‘Actual No. of respondents’ and ‘Total percentage’ have wrong figures. Hardly any relevant analysis undertaken except some attempt with frequency analysis. Findings were not based on proper evidence. No evidence of comparison of findings with the literature.
