From a leader’s standpoint, I would aim to ensure that I can merge my ethical and professional tactics to bring forth constructive transformation in the organisation where I shall be working in the upcoming years (Asbari 2020).
I switched to new organizations and got designated at a leadership position. I recognised that the notion of "leader" as well as "leadership" has changed dramatically in recent years. Being in such a position of leadership in a firm, I aspired to become an inspiring leader who can drive his colleagues and subordinates or team in a positive way. As a result, my leadership style is based on collaboration and open communication (Chikeleze et al. 2018).
My leadership perception has exhibited as advantageous over time. My leadership skills were sorely tested while I was being employed as an Executive Assistant in a financial institution as it had been the first time, I had the opportunity to demonstrate them. In my next employment, I practice transformational style of leadership because I want to offer my subordinates with scope and space to showcase their innovative thinking and creativity (Buil et al. 2019), and provide intrinsic worth to the organization in a distinctive manner.
I ought to improve my interpersonal skills so that everyone in the group feels like they're important to it. I created my professional leadership action plan hereunder to assist me to develop my untapped leadership competencies and capacities.
The primary aspects of my action plan mostly emphasize my team-building abilities, interpersonal skills, and leadership aptitudes.
It'd take about six months to improve the abilities that relate to my leadership capacity.
