Information technology (IT) is the primary application utilized in several industries, including market, education, finance, research, health, and many others, to gather, store, and recover data as needed using the OS. It is critical to understand privacy, security, and IT challenges. To resolve all of these challenges, ethical dilemmas must be addressed. (Jan 2020, Himanshu Sharma).

When I went through the articles, I saw several similarities in terms of ethical challenges in Information Technology. Many ethical difficulties concern trade system quality, copyright, patents, harmful acts, access, security, privacy, secrets, and responsibility, they are concerned with data management. They are constant challenges for those in charge of secret and sensitive material that must be disclosed. Both articles address the issue of unauthorized users manipulating software in order to gain access to other programs or change societal policy decisions. Himanshu Sharma (2020) discusses ethical concerns in (IT) and the way we should handle them in information technology. R. Luppicini assesses ethical challenges  and privacy in IT in social media, and business.

I noted that they were given a succinct summary of a subject that was practically identical to the content in the chapter 14 of the textbook and articles. Privacy is the primary infraction of ethics in Information technology, as clearly stated in Chapter 14 of the course. It acknowledges that ethical flaws may be found in IT and other areas of the workplaces. The articles' proposed principles to control the ethical standard in the information technology industry are reiterated in Chapter 14, it describes the intended ethical codes in numerous work areas, the sector of IT included. Finally, the information provided in the textbook and articles suggested that ethics happens in the majority of businesses, although people engage in actions with no inaccurate proof.

I found out that corporate organizational culture has been playing a significant part in encouraging ethical defilements in the information technology area, including workforce in ethical activities, while management is participating in transaction which might be detrimental to the firm. Gain is also prioritized by organizational management above secrecy and privacy-related ethical considerations. I expected that successful global ethics would be a joint effort by management and staff. Employers must guarantee that they conduct professionally and that they are in the limelight when it comes to supporting the acceptable ethics of the organization's success. My organization has specific ethical guidelines in place, as well as instruction on ways of dealing with ethical challenges.

The employer clearly stated that company ethics and policies in the video, including the use of Internet. Browsing objectionable websites and engaging in criminal acts are prohibited, and all internet and system activity are supervised and logged by IT. Concerning instance 14.3 on page 440, I strongly agree with the video's assertion that security is more cost-effective.
