Choose one (1) area of your digital presentation group work you may find challenging. Write a short personal reflection that:

a) Identifies one challenge you may experience during your digital presentation group work. Explain why this is a challenge for you.

b) Defines growth mindset and broadly describes how it assists in overcoming challenges.

c) Provides an example of how growth mindset would help you to overcome this challenge related to your digital presentation group work

Learning Outcomes

1. Explain leadership theory and critically examine ideas of leadership in relation to the role of the nurse and the nursing profession, including the provision of safe and quality personcentred care.

2. Identify personal learning and leadership strategy and reflect on how these can influence health care settings and enable selfdevelopment.

3. Analyse contemporary health care environments to explain key leadership challenges for the future of nursing—including global health challenges and the impact of digital health, health technology and health informatics on health care.
