What does an innovative one of a kind Childcare centre need to raise the bar of early childhood Education.
After extensive research we feel that to build a childcare centre that raises the bar of early childhood and education the following need to be implemented:
1. A huge developmental playground where all ages can explore and develop at their own pace
Why should children of all ages have access to a huge playground in a centre
2. Art rooms in every classroom

b. what does research say about children having the opportunity to revisit their work over and over again (for days if they have to) until they feel it is complete.

3. Wellbeing of teachers
The wellbeing of teachers should be just as important as the wellbeing of the children and the families.
a. Why is the wellbeing of the teachers important?

c. Does ongoing professional development and upskilling support the wellbeing of the teachers?
d. Does building a Balinese retreat (away from staff room, planning and children) that has day beds and massage chairs where the teachers can disconnect completely during break, away from childcare talk where they can switch off completely will this support their wellbeing?
4. Building a library in the centre so as to develop and instil the love of reading
