PGW5202- Wound Assessment

A client living alone & independently has developed a chronic ulcerated wound that has been treated by her local GP with antibiotics.

The assignments of 1200 words is to write a letter of referral to a professional of my choosing that we think she could benefit from. We chose a nurse practitioner/ wound care specialist as she/he could help with wound care plan as well as advice any other professional that might be required
