MGT812 Strategic Intelligence and Analytics

Students are required to search for and collect four case studies of  organisations that are using strategic intelligence and analytics  processes to inform strategy.
Each case should be summarised and analysed and then all four synthesised into a brief executive summary.

Working on you report, you are expected to complete the following steps:
Identify the main challenges faced by the organisations
Discuss what analytical tool could assist in helping to analyse the issue if applicable, what role an analyst or strategist or management has played in working on this project
Outline how the analytical tool has addressed or improved the situation.
