Assessment instructions

Using the question and findings from the first assessment on 5 review summaries and feedback from the lecturer, write a 3000-word research essay drawing on additional research sources.

The essay should address the nature of the issue, why it is important, including a more comprehensive literature review and analysis with concluding recommendations on how organisations should address the issue.
