Part A - Research, and download a copy of a (job safety analysis work sheet) from Work safe Victoria and complete the work sheet according to the following scenario. Read the scenario carefully and complete a risk assessment using the Job Safety sheet in order to avoid future injury.
Scenario
A staff member in the toddler’s room is complaining about an aching back. She has ten toddlers and lifts them all onto the change table for nappy changing three to four times a day.

Part B - Write two page report including all the following dot points.
