BAC205 Organisational Behavior and Design

You must submit a short post to the discussion topic on BrightSpace. It is expected your post will:
1) Summarise your chosen article;
2) Define your chosen theory;
3) Provide at least one example of the theory from the article;
4) Provide a BRIEF explanation / example of how the theory can be used in the workplace; and
5) Include the reference for the article at the end (include a working web link).
6) You must then constructively contribute to online discussions of other students in the class.
7) You will be asked to assess your peers using SparkPlus at the end of the semester
8) Your tutor will assess you based on your self-rating, your peer-ratings and your tutors assessment of several of your posts
