Aim: 

This aim of this assignment is for you to demonstrate your ability to complete and present the findings of a focussed patient history and physical assessment relevant to your clinical specialisation. The advanced practice nurse engages regularly in focussed health assessment and critically interprets the findings to determine health priorities for the patient. Therefore, completing this assessment task will assist you to develop your advanced practice health assessment skills and present your findings in a recorded oral presentation. The assignment also assists you to develop your ability to promote the professional development of your peers through your completion of constructive reviews of two peer presentations.

Task Description:

For this task you need to conduct a focussed patient history and physical examination with a consenting patient. Present your findings in a recorded oral presentation of no longer than 12 minutes duration.  You will also  review and provide constructive feedback on two presentations developed by your peers.
