The quality standards which the project must meet to eliminate the risks of the type of business it is involved ISO 27001 Must meet the time deadline and cost budget Must comply all stakeholders requirement.

Quality Metrics

The Development and Implementation and Implementation of an E-Procurement System for MV project spending arrangement (AUD 83,548) should not grow more than 10%, i.e. the cost at complete should never be more than AUD 91,902. So that in case of any unforeseen situation arises, the management reserve can absorb the shock.

The progress and analysis reports must be submitted on regular basis as per the contract document The quality checks must be conducted at every project gates and the result must also be presented in above format.For spending arrangement and degree quality control, step by step report of evaluation is required to be submitted with affirmations.

2.2 Timing of Quality Management Activities (prince2primer, 2017)

Quality checks of all the activities after its completion or partials completion check gates must be done.No minimum if or check gates falls in a month then the audit must be conducted to discover or change some key decisions
