Explain Australian law and offences in native language to migrants coming to Australia with Non-English speaking background. The mission of this idea has been seen in terms of the being dedicated to provide accurate legal advice to Australian travellers and tourists.

Develop a mobile application for Australians that describes the law and offences of every country around the world.

 Segmentation of Market:   The company  shall  adopt  non-incentivized  customer price rate that engenders high life time value.  The platforms like Apple iOS  and Android  will  charge  30% of  the  total revenue  spawned  by the app .  Another significant strategy  for outlining marketing plan is promoting social  media  marketing like Facebook  promotion and campaigning.  The company will form a business integration with other companies that will reduce the cost of the venture (Brus Media, 2017). Customer  Segmentation:   As far as the customer segmentation is concerned,  the target audience  is  the teenaged people  19-80  years . The significant  aspect  of the service  is to deliver legal data to people around the globe. It is an exquisite application for Australians and immigrants  coming from other parts of the globe.  

Customer  nexus– The customer  nexus  will be  encapsulated  in  “customer relationship management software”.   The  company  will additionally  apply the data of  customers  through  surveys  provided in the application stores available  for Android and iOS  application  users. This  will encourage the customers to  discern the  customer base  in   varied  spreadsheets  (Holzer & Ondrus,  2011).  Marketing expenditure –The  expenditure cost  will be invested  on  social media marketing ,  like  promoting  business on  social media platforms  (YouTube and Facebook).  The  promotional  costs  for  the development of application  can be  pegged  at  cost per mile (CPM) and cost per click  (CPC)  rates.   These rates are  available in both  iOS and  Android   stores.   

Resource Allocation and Assemblage:  For this project, the  resource management needs to be  assessed in  the  form of  a team and as  the  Project director of  the team. The team comprises Quality Assurance Analyst, Operations Development team, Marketing, Accounts section and Software Development Analyst.  The working team follows ramifications like one Project Manager, one Software development analyst, one Operation head, one Marketing head and one person representing the Accounts section.   Desired Wages: Owing to stringent budgetary situation ($100K), the whole project will be outsourced to India. The annual wage of Project Manager is $27,890, Quality Assurance Analyst will be $14396 AUD per year. Operations -$6542 AUD per year, Accountant-$4938 AUD per year, Marketing department-$7386 per year.  

Business model: After the completion of the development phase, the app will be launched at the mobile forums. From there, it will be sold to the large pool of  global customers.  The cost of the product is pegged at  $2.00 AUD. Out of this, 0.60 cents  will be  absorbed by the selling forums. Therefore, the app will spawn $1.40 cents revenue for each download (please refer to the appendix).  Australian Government’s Approval:  The significant forms of the government consent  are  abiding by  copyright laws,  Internet, anti-trust  implications and restriction of liability (Australia.gov.au, 2017). 

Comprehensive policies:  The company has to abide by certain types of confidentiality policies , which include consent for developing legal framework to varied parts of the world. It has to outline copyright protection acts. These acts define the presence and ownership of the company(Deegan, 2013). The  next step is the creation of an app developer contract , which ensures the confidentiality of the software development.  Stable Location: Completely furnished, 3000 sq. Ft office premise, situated at Film Nagar in Hyderabad, India. The rent is estimated at $1500 (2017).  

Initial cost:  The initial cost  is  pegged at $6500, which  comprises rent payment ($1500 AUD for the first leg), restoration of PC  ($4632 AUD) and the rest for other expenses.  Stated Pricing Scheme: In these days,  an array of application is available on the website.  In order to capture market shares, it is important to follow the influx of market.  The product will be sold  at  $2.00 AUD and the rest 0.60 cents will be used by the selling partners. Therefore, the application will generate  $1.40  cents for each download.   Market-wide strategy:  In this era, “Around the World”  is considered as a composite application tool that inform about laws and offences of all the countries of the world. This provides an impetus to the  segmented marketing strategies.  The company also provides its customers 24-hour free trail opportunity before switching over to the platform (Bushman, 2014). 

Break-Even point – The break-even point manifests that the company has to sell services pegged at $142,857 to arrive at the break-even point of $100,000.  Fixed cost and variable cost –  The fixed cost of the company is seen in terms of rent of the place and cumulative cost of other electronic equipments. The significant forms of Variable cost can be represented in the following manner: Direct Labour Costs Third-Party developer of the application software   Direct Material Costs Electricity Costs  The fixed cost is manifest in terms of $6500 that will be paid for the rent of the place.  

 Summing up, in order to maximize profit, it should be 100,000 downloads each year.  The company will start with making a profit of $40,000 and it is feasible for the company to reach the target of 100,000 downloads from the very beginning of its initiation.
