The project shows the importance and need of online learning management system for the corporate accounting department in the education system of Australia. The development of an organization depends on the implementation of advanced technology that helps to carry out the activities in an efficient manner.

1.1 Research aim

The main aim of the research study is to develop an efficient learning management system for corporate accounting in Australian education sector. In order to accomplish the main aim of the study following objectives are identified:

1. To find out the needs of developing a online learning management system for corporate accounting environment in Australia
2. To find out the various means of learning management system for corporate accounting environment practiced in the recent time
3. To analyse the pros and cons of the online learning management system for corporate accounting environment
4. To evaluate the need and demand of online management system for corporate accounting environment
5. To shed light on the areas which are yet to be incorporated in the online education system of Australia
6. To evaluate the various theories related to the online learning management system
7. To identify the gap in the literature and to fill the gap
8. To find out future scope of the research for the gaps those have been identified while conducting this literature review.

1.2 Motivation of the research

The online management systems are used for the objective of reporting, administration, , documentation, tracking, and delivery of the training programs or educational courses. It provides wide opportunity to the schools and colleges providing support to the learning process and meeting the demand of the education system.

1.3 Literature gap

The learners and teachers are benefitted with the use of the system but there are certain things that need to be incorporated in the method of learning. The research gap identified in the literature review is that the learners are not being able to engage in appropriate training and learning session.

1.4Context of the research

The research will analyse the importance of the learning management system. This process providing education and training.

2 .Hypothesis development

Learning management system provides wide opportunity to the organizations for the purpose of management of the educational courses. The instructors are able to direct the students in an appropriate manner. The system also helps to track the progress of the student and managing records. The students are provided with education with the help of the system.      

In literature review to know about the different methods, demands using in online learning management for corporate accounting field and which is useful for consumer but there are some drawbacks like lack of communication between teachers and students and lack of information. As the context of the literature is concerned, the contextual analysis is undertaken which is illustrating the demands of the online learning the form of utilizing the skype technology for the interaction process.

Though, the communication gap is undertaken in this case, this is simply explaining the part of the lacking that still remained in the process of the learning. It is simply illustrating the various methods of the interaction which is being used between the teacher and the student. This method for the conduct of the online teaching courses is creating a gap in the understanding of the teachings provided by the teacher to the student. Since the research is surrounding the learning management systems, the management of the system is consisting of huge drawbacks which need to be mitigated for the betterment of the system used for delivering the teachings and also it clearly symbolizes the communications that still present in between the teacher and the student.

 Hypothesis 

The research will be carried out so that the failure or success of the research study can be determined.

H0: Developing an online learning management system would be beneficial for corporate accounting in Australian education sector.

H1: Developing an online learning management system would not be beneficial for corporate accounting in Australian education sector.

Research methodology in a thesis contemplates helps in distinguishing the best and reasonable research techniques according to nature of the research topic. It has been exemplified that capacity of research methodology helps in building up an institutionalized procedure of research where every area can be given accentuation as and when required. The use of the institutionalized process in the examination procedure leads numerous perplexity and complexities also. In this research study, the researcher has attempted to take after a standardized research process so that a synchronized procedure is embraced (Bryman, & Bell, 2015). The examination is a precise and intelligent procedure of gathering information and data keeping in mind the end goal to finish the project or taking care of the issue. The significant sources utilized for the accumulation of data and information are essential and auxiliary information.

The procedure of the exploration is directed in a careful and deliberate method for amending and finding hypotheses, realities, and applications.  The researcher will use tools and techniques in order to analyze the research topic in an appropriate manner. Quantitative information is the numerical information that is recorded with the assistance of measurable devices. It is useful in recording substantial perceptions as the procedure is simple and less tedious, in any case, the impediments of factors, limits the manner of thinking of the respondents (Jankowicz,2005).Quantitative information with the assistance of overview survey was considered where the reaction of the customer’s portion was focused on.  The information and data will be collected from different sources for achieving best results. The researcher will collect quantitative data as it is helpful in large observations, less time consuming and easy process.  

3.2 Sample selection 

The researcher with the assistance of the sample size will attempt to characterize the result of the subject in a detail frame. The researcher will collect responses from 100 students and 10 questions will be prepared for the students.

3.3Data collection method

The collection of data is very much important for the analysis of the data and information. The researcher will collect data and information from different sources in order to examine the research process in an appropriate manner. Data is termed to be successful in observing the consequences of the embraced research study (Christensen, 2008). Primary data will be collected through survey questionnaire.

Quantitative research is based on the numerical data that can be analysed using the statistics. The quantitative research consists of experiments in which the variables are influenced and the results measured. Quantitative data can be recorded with the help of the statistical tools Gathering of information is the responses of the participants that is qualitative in nature. Contingent upon the information design, the researcher tries to break down the criticisms of the respondents (Jankowicz, 2005). The researcher will collect quantitative data from the students of an institute. The responses will be collected through survey questionnaire.

 3.4 Sample Description

During a procedure of research gathering, the whole population can't be considered for the exploration examines as their rests different impediments of the research process. With the assistance of research study characteristic of the population could be viewed as that aide in the better investigation of the review (Ketchen, & Bergh, 2007). In this research online learning will be dependent variable because in this research we know about online study is better option than day boarding. The dependent variables for this research study are efficiency and performance of the online learning management system for delivering effective education on corporate accounting system.   

3.6Independent variables 

The independent variables are the variables that are manipulated in order to determine the value of the dependent variable. The independent variables are the variables that are controlled and changes in the scientific analysis to test the effect of the independent variables (Quinlan, Babin, Carr, Griffin, & Zikmund, 2015).  Students will be independent variables and will be observed that how many students prefer online learning system. The independent variables of this research study are information technology, digital technology, accounting knowledge.  

3.7Pre-testing 

Pre-testing is referred to the administration of the collected data with the help of instruments. The responses of the participants are analyzed in order to determine and evaluate the research topic in an appropriate manner. The main objective of the pre-testing is to determine the issues with the data collection and the possible outcomes. It is not possible to determine all the issues that would be encountered during the collection of the data. The standardized procedures are followed which is important for the analysis of the research study.  

3.8 Research model

The regression model will be used to determine and analyse the variables. The responses of the participants will be analysed. The online learning system will help the organizations in many ways. It helps to demonstrate the relationship between independent and dependent variables.

3.9 Data analysis method

The data will be analysed with the help of the statistical analytic tools and Excel will be used for analysis. The responses of the participants will be analysed for the research study (Vogt, 2010). The researcher will analyse the data to get the desired results. The graphical representation will help to provide the details of the responses. The graphs will be used to estimate the responses of the participants and analyzing the nature of the research. The researcher will collect the responses of the participants through survey questionnaire and analyzing them on the bar charts.  The software tool which had been used by the researcher is the Excel software by which the research can be able to show the graphs of the analysis.

4. Expected results

The researcher will collect for the analysis of the research study. The researcher will be able to determine and evaluate the importance of the online learning management system for the corporate accounting.  As per the analysis is conducted, the evaluation and the determination is surrounding the management of the online study and also the responses of the participants are depicted to be fruitful in nature with showing the appropriate conduct of the study. This is seemed to be satisfying the researcher’s analysis for which the researcher has undertaken this in the study. It simply explains the analysis in the form of the questionnaires that are conducted in this research.

5. Limitations

The researcher will use different tools and techniques for the research process. The researcher can face difficulties due to the complexities of the techniques. The researcher will also face difficulties such as time restrictions and language barriers.  

Conclusion         

The collection of information and data is very much important for the analysis of the research study. The researcher will collect data from different sources in order to accomplish the research study. The researcher will collect quantitative data through a survey questionnaire. The research focuses on the need of online learning management system for the corporate accounting department in the education system of Australia. It will increase the efficiency of the accounting department within the country. However, there can be some issue that can be faced by the government while implementing the system. The government has to invest sufficient amount of money to carry out the project and implementing the technology in a different department of the organizations. The employees should be provided with adequate training in order to increase the efficiency of the organization. The rules and regulations should be implemented by the government in order to carry out the implementation activities in an appropriate manner.
