Develop student’s skills in applying relevant hospitality concepts to a real-world business case. This will enable students to apply operational checks to a typical commercial hospitality business. More importantly, this is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop essential groups work skills that are such a necessity in today’s business world. 

 

Identify and describe the primary quality, beverage and food safety concerns presented in the news article. Based on your analysis you are to recommend at least three action based solutions to avoid such a crisis in the future.In creating your poster, you will need to include images and any other visual aid that validates your research. You are required to reference at least 12 sources of information. These may include corporate websites, government publications, industry reports, census data, journal articles, and newspaper articles.

The Hilton Brisbane hotel is one of the international five star hotel. Relax and comfortable rooms having art and technology. There is a Winter garden Shopping Centre in the premises of hotel that facilitates different level of global retail services. Availability of wide range of food and beverage choices, sun deck, and tennis court. 

Large number of attendees were struck down with harsh gastroenteritis. People were suffering from different issues due to food positioning. 

Large number of people were suffering from food poisoning after wedding reception in Hilton Hotel There are different causes of food poisoning outbreak named delivery of good, temperature control, staff illness and others. Three action based strategy that should be used by Hilton Hotel are HACCP, standard recipe, and avoid physical and chemical hazards.
