Engineering spends a lot of money that are belongings to many people. The value of an engineer cannot be measured with societal interactions and expertise. I have learnt that engineers are peer assets of a country. They are responsible for the development of country. In Australia 20% of the economy of country is spend on the engineers for providing their innovative ideas and development of country.

The thinking regarding the engineers have changed a lot. The water supply department have assessed their contribution in developing new projects for the water harvesting system in the country. The supply of water has been channelized by new engineering designs in the society. The delivery of products has been nurtured in the country that has to be resolved. An engineer in an organization helps in providing excellent work for the development of the organization and country. There are many complaints regarding the financial crisis and inability to work with project managers in the organizations.

An expert is a person who have knowledge about a particular field and have expertise that in the life. Before starting the project I would train all the employees regarding their responsibilities of the job they are dealing with so that their duties are performed correctly. All the quality standards must be ensured properly for which the line manager and the manager of upper level should come in work.

Listening plays an important role in enhancing personal skills. Listening to others develop a better communication string. The listening ability of an engineer helps in becoming an expert by grabbing knowledge. However, this does not work all the time which makes the worst behavior in managing the time.
