Do not write excessively about your family and their achievements. This is a professional introduction; it should be about you.

Explain each area in a separate paragraph. Provide the name of the skill/knowledge areas and the week/s they are scheduled to be covered at the beginning of each paragraph.

Answer:

I would like to express my interest in the participation activities as per our curriculum guidelines and this email will provide an account of my qualifications and my interpersonal skills that are required to become an ICT professional.

Academic qualifications

I am Yogitha Bhavya Nakka from India. I have completed my S.S.C (10th grade) in the year 2008 from Kimberly English medium school and successfully secured a first class in the final exam. My medium of instruction has always been English throughout my academic career. I completed my board of intermediate exam with a percentage of 78.9% from Sri Chaitanya Girls Junior College. My interest and my devotion towards computers and information technology compelled me to take up the bachelor of technology as my graduation course.

I passed my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and engineering from Sir C.R Reddy College of engineering with a score of 6.63 CGPA in the year 2014.

Professional skills and experiences

After the completion of my engineering course I took a gap for some time to prepare myself for the internships IELTS coaching, coaching classes, exams. Few months  passed by for the CQU application, documentation of the visa, but I can assure you that the gap could not deter me from gaining experiences, as I produced paper presentations on Network Security and Cryptography and cyber crime and security in different colleges. I have completed a mini project on Pharma management system in my third year and was also in charge of a main project on web designing. My project was Departmental Student Result processing system. The project provided with the opportunity to join the prestigious company, FOCALCXM PRIVATE LIMITED as an intern. In this company I was appointed as a PHP developer and a database admin for the project ' Chinmaya Mission' for 3 month.  I also had the opportunity to work as an HTML developer for the Delhi airport. I worked for the development of the app 'FlyDEL'. It had been a successful App and I got much appreciation for my work. I was appraised and was promoted as an associate engineer.

Future goals

No matter what career one pursue, technology will definitely lead him/her to something bigger and better. Technology industry does not refer to only programmers and developers, but there are other aspects like graphic designers, project managers. Hence I believe that my experience of hand on projects and my interaction with the co-workers can definitely help me out in the future.

I hope that my above stated qualifications, skills and the experiences will help me to flourish as an ICT professional.

I have already stated that I possess experience as an associate engineer and in this due curse of time I have also gained some skills that can be useful to my future career as an ICT professional. According to me, an ICT professional should have higher order thinking skills and presentation skills and technologies.

Higher order thinking skills

I am well acquainted with the critical thinking process that is required in an ICT profession. I pass all the eligibility criteria of the Australian qualification frame work and thus consider myself suitable for this post.

Presenting skills and technologies

An ICT professional should have an excellent capability of verbal and non verbal communication skills. ICT professionals are entitled to make oral presentations (Vaishnavi & Kuechler, 2015). The pivotal factor that should be present in an ICT professional is the capacity of effective speaking and audience management, which can be done by visual presentations (Holtgrewe, 2014). I think that all these skills would definitely serve me in the future for being an ICT professional.
