An example is that music plays a major role in their fitness classes. Also, when it comes to the moves used during training, they are well choreographed. To ensure that we remain at the top as Bounce Fitness, we have to adapt several strategies especially when it comes to the human resource department.

  • Fitness training has quite a huge aspect to it as it involves a lot of interaction between the trainer and trainee. From this aspect, we can come up with a strategy that involves the two taking part in activities that can build trust in each other.
  • Next strategy is educating trainers.
  • The next business strategy involves doing away with some of the boundaries in between the various levels of management.

The music also creates a comfortable environment to undertake your training.

  • This will involve employee coming with documents in conjunction with managers explaining how intend to improve on their skills and to set career goals and objectives for their own benefit and that of the company. Every new employee that joins should be involved in this program so as to evaluate how serious they are about their work and if  they intend on becoming better at it.
  • This is a program to award those who have performed well. Also, this program offers compensation to workers who get hurt as they are performing their duties and ensure that those retiring fully receive their benefits. All this will actually enhance the recruitment strategy.
