Create a presentation from power point on a topic “How to implement workers' ideas.” Words around 250.

1. Create PowerPoint Slides on the given topics including visual supports such as pictures, charts, tables or graphs.
2. Determine the role of each member in your group and practice your presentation. (All members must participate in preparation and presentation)
3. Provide your lecturer with a hard copy of all slides with four slides on one page on the presentation day.
4. Present your presentation to the class on 1st June 2017.

Implementing workers’ idea is a unique way of saying that the organization cares about the workers. It should be the responsibility of the management to undertake the right approach in implementing the idea.  

In order to implement the workers’ idea it is important to get a clear and concise detail of the ideas that the workers wanted to share 

Once the idea is shared, it is important to conduct a thorough research on the same to understand the validity of the idea before implementing it.  

The idea presented by the workers should be converted into the plan of actions The expenses behind the idea shall be determined as well.  Supervision is equally important in order to understand the validity of the idea presented by the workers 

Monitoring and reviewing the presented idea is the ultimate stage of the implementation of the worker’s idea. It is only when the result is fruitful, the idea can be used for future activities.
