Based on the above assumptions your tasks are to:

1. Provide project definition and scope for the LSr project.

Please note that the scope is to be visualised also as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

2. Document the LSr project environment by identifying major challenges likely to affect

demolition and construction phase of your project. As the minimum you are required

to identify challenges specific to the LSr project in context of the following:

· Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, and

· Project Management discipline

Please use a simple table(s) to document relevant challenges.

3. Recommend feasible project team for the execution of the demolition and construction phases of the LSr project. Please remember that all planning and overall management is to be done by you. Also, remember that any trades and contractors needed to execute necessary work packages are to be engaged/contracted by you, so if you fail to identify them, the work will not be done.

Please note that the proposed project organisation is to be visualised also as the Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS).

4. Propose feasible demolition and construction method for the Building LSr project.

Activities in your proposed method must be communicated as work packages.

Please note that the proposed demolition and construction method is to be visualised also as series of flowcharts preferably using MS Project.
