Begin this by reading p.4, p.13 and p. 93 and Table 4.1 in the textbook. Remember to cite at least one academic journal.

2. Discuss your chosen organisation’s specific environment and analyse the impact of one reallife dimension in its specific environment in 2016/17. You must use academic definitions and ideas to describe, structure, and support the information in your discussion and analysis. Begin this by reading pp. 32–41 of the textbook. Remember to cite at least one academic journal.

3. Discuss your chosen organisation’s ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You must use academic definitions and ideas to describe, structure, and support the information in your discussion and analysis. Begin this by reading pp. 52–59 of the textbook. Remember to cite at least one academic journal. (600 words).

4. Discuss your chosen organisation’s culture. Also complete and report on your results in the personal insights quiz ‘What’s the Right Organisational Culture for Me?’ (Robbins et al., p. 46) and evaluate your results from this quiz and reflect on how well you think you might fit into this organisation’s structure and culture. You must use academic definitions and ideas to describe, structure, and support the information in your discussion and reflection. Begin by reading pp. reading pp. 42-44 and 46-47 of the textbook. Remember to cite at least one academic journal and cite the quiz with an in-text citation.

Submission Instructions

Submit your assignments in MS Word format.

Submit your assignments for A1.2 and A1.3 in the appropriate Assessment 1 drop-box in then Assignment folders under the Assessment tab in the MMM132 Cloud unit site. To gain access to the A1.2 and A1.3 drop-boxes, you must first successfully complete A1.1 of this assessment, the Academic Integrity Module in the MMM132 Cloud unitsite.

Keep a backup copy of every assignment you submit until the marked assignment has been returned to you.

Any work you submit may be checked by electronic or other meansfor the purposes of detecting collusion and/or plagiarism.

When you submit an assignment through the Cloud unit site you should check you can see your assignment in the Submissions view of the assignment drop-box, and check that you have received an email to your Deakin email address confirming it has been submitted. Keep the email receipt as evidence of your submission.
