3 Develop a research proposal relevant to the discipline. Scrutinize your chosen company’s Annual Report and other reports for performance trends of the company. Perform an analysis of the financial performance of your chosen company over the past two consecutive years. Also, investigate the level of intellectual capital disclosure of your chosen company in the most recent annual and sustainability reports. Using accounting theories that you have studied, identify possible reasons for the level of voluntary disclosures.
