Statement of Purpose  

This business plan is to obtain the trust from shareholders and to be able to get approval for a loan from a bank.

Capital Requirements

The money obtained from this will go towards all the start up costs to start a functioning company. Starting a company will require;

Mission statement:  

To provide superior and professional electrical and solar installations on domestic and commercial sites.

Also we will specialise in inspections and testing on a range of electrical equipment.

Summary: 

Currently working full time as a solar panel installer, but ready to venture out and utilising my other skills to build a company that has the capability to do electrical, solar and testing on domestic, commercial and industrial sites.

In twelve months’, time the goal will be to have three vans on the road with an electrician and apprentice in each and a warehouse will have shelfs and be stocked will all the equipment required for the month. We will have an office with at least three different sections, an office for the director, an office for the accounts/ book keeper and a front deck that can have one or two people working the phones, scheduling and booking jobs. All staff working on site will be provided with all the correct PPE to insure everyone goes home safe.

In five years, I would like to see this company to be one of the leading solar installers in WA with ten plus vans on the road installing and servicing solar systems. We will have one or two crews installing electrical components e.g lighting, power points. There will also be one crew used for testing. All off my staff will be trained and competent in all the areas they are working in.
