Continuing with your chosen company and country used in Assessment Item 2, you will now need to prepare a second report for the company considering the following:

  • Recommend the most appropriate entry mode, corporate and business level strategy, consider Porter’s theory of national competitive advantage, and human resource approach;
  • Outline the international strategy for the company;
  • Outline the multinational structure for the company;
  • An evaluation of cross-cultural communication and managerial philosophies required to motivate and lead cross-cultural teams (nb. also will need to consider required technology environment strategy required to keep everyone in the loop).
