2.Models and concepts of system representation.
3.Assessment of risks in system and PPPM. | A collaboration of different matters altogether to fulfil a common purpose. I can classify engineering systems into hardware, software, services and others.
Different complexities like structural, dynamic and socio-political complexities can affect a system. These complexities tell me the relationships and elements of the system.
I can build a concept of system thinking based following some steps like regularity, behaviour to survive, control behaviour and functions, hierarchy, complexity and disclosure.
A system model is the simplified representation of concepts that makes a clear realisation of a system. Obtaining a system model makes a system more concrete, elevates its quality and productivity and makes pathway for innovation (Kerzner 2013). A few examples of system models those I can give are integrated circuit simulation, flight simulation, 3D computer models for mechanical engineering and few others.
Integration of system engineering generates several risk factors in portfolio management. These risks factors are mainly associated with manufacturing, marketing and research and development (Boehm, Pyster and Olwell 2013). From my viewpoint, these risk factors must be controlled according to the priorities where top priority is time, next is quality and last is cost.
