IKEA is one of the most popular and largest furniture retailer among the world.  It has been founded in the year of 1943 in Sweden. IKEA operates its business with home accessories, kitchen appliances as well as home accessories.  

There two main parts of IKEA’s corporate structure, which are operations and franchising.  Majority of the stores are operated by INGKA Holding, while remaining stores are operated by other franchises. The vision of IKEA is creating an enhanced daily life for large number of people. IKEA aims to offer a multitude ranges of furnishing products in a most cost effective price to reach maximum populace.  IKEA focuses on healthy competition of cost reduction 

The continuous growth of the organization poses challenge to maintain climate friendly policy. The inexperience in political arena hinders the effectiveness to influence authority to transform the regulation and legal frameworks.
