Not only that but also the survival of the great people started with cheap labour and easy services for the people of Omaha and for earning a living in the city. This also leads to the problems of taking those people for granted and that also was another reason of how the people became more and more tortured. In addition to that the Greeks were also attacked by the local people at that point of time. Famous courthouse riot of 1919 was a race riot in all the ugly manifestations. Even the yellow journalism which came up during the time was one of the major reasons for the disintegration of the society and the degeneration of a vindictive nature in the people. The race riots also led to the attacking of the people who were foreign minorities in the country. Not only that but also people who came from outside and work for immigrants were tortured in such a way that they were discriminated based on the racial cultural and religious aspects. It was a clear portrayal of hatred and an acceptance towards the people who were immigrants in the place. These were mainly the major reasons of the starting of the anti-Greek riot in your 1909.
