The impact of the financial areas is formed on every aspect of operations of the project. The financial area is ranked 1st in terms of importance of the areas of the project.Customer Area: The influence of the customers plays a significant role in deploying the management of the operations of the project and its integration. The customers are prone to form the change in project scope and hence they are ranked 2nd.

c)Operational Area: The project operations are also subjected to development of the issues and processes in the organization. It is ranked 3rd due to its significant development of the impact on operations of the project 
d)Strategy Area: The strategy of the project is formed for developing the improved functions of the project. It is important for developing the alignment of the effective strategies for the project and hence it is ranked 4th

Define the scope: The scope of the project can be understood as the development of the ticketing system for forming the effective and improved operations of the organization for RALS by managing the customer’s information
Requirements: The human requirements of the project are Budgeter, Documenter, IT Engineer, Planner, Project Manager, System Analyst, Tester, and Contractor. The materialistic requirements of the project are Computer Devices, Network Components, Storage, and Wireless routers. 

In scope-out scope items: The project plan, development of the system, improvement of operations, and integration of the storage are in-scope items of the project. The transportation of the materials, communication plan, and scope change management are out of scope for the project.
