Question:

  • Draw stakeholder role names on a stakeholder map with 4 quadrants, Internal-Operation, Internal-Executive, External-Operation, External-Executive
  • For each stakeholder, describe why they have an interest in the project.

Create one questionnaire that you would send to one stakeholder group with an aim to help you identify further details about the environment, the problem area and/or how the system would operate to help solve the problem.

  • Identify which stakeholder you are going to send the questionnaire to.
  • Write an introduction statement that would go with the questionnaire explaining the purpose of the questionnaire.
  • Write 10 questions, either open and/or closed ended questions.
  • This should be written as a questionnaire that could be distributed.
  • Only write the questions, you should not write the answers.
  • Draw a use case model for the information system.
  • Write brief Use Case description for each Use Case in the diagram.
  • Write onefully developed Use Case description for one of the important Use Cases identified. Select an important Use Case that is a key part of the system, not a basic simple Use Case.

  • Above 35 years
  1. Do you think introducing this technology will be helpful in getting medical suggestions as per your expectations (including minimizing expenses)? Please let us know your thought on this topic
  • Yes
  • No

If No, Please let us know why

  1. This system be helpful in availing all the services, those you are availing through meeting the doctors, provide your valuable point of view on this statement
  • Yes
  • No

If No, please let us know why to improve the system

  1. Please enlist the problems that you might face while availing or using this system for the beneficial purpose

Profile Creation for both primary actors

Description: In this case, both the medical specialist and the patient are primary actors as both will be feeding data into the system related their personal information in manner to create the profile to access the system. This will result in the creation of unique id for both the users and allow them to access the data input and data accessibility and will allow them to communicate between them with the help of ITC. This is the very first use case that need to be triggered without any termination.

Story Input by primary actor, patient

Description: Patients or Australian civilian living in the rural areas is the primary actor who will be able to input data related to their premedical conditions and ongoing condition in manner to get response from the medical specialist. After this case, the user will be able to communicate with the medical specialist and get medical suggestions via text or video conferencing. To make it happen, the user must create profile in the system.

Story Access by primary actor, Doctor or medical specialist

Description: After the creation of profile and story feeding only, this case will be executed and medical specialist would be able to access the data input by the user (patient). Based on those data the primary actor doctor will collect necessary data and create a report for the medical suggestions and thus, transferred to the user via text or video conferencing.

Video Conferencing, primary actor medical specialist

Description: Primary actor for this case will be the medical specialist, who will decide whether the patient needs video conferencing or medical suggestions via text. If the primary actor chose option ‘yes’, the system will directly contact the user and make the video conferencing and if ‘no’ then text message will be displayed on the screen.

4. Data collected by the doctor and report created related to the symptoms

2. Data fed into the system related to the present, and past medical condition of the patient

5. Option selected to provide medical suggestions via text and suggestion displayed on the screen

3. Medical specialist access to the data using unique id

6. Option selected for the video conferencing and patient receives medical suggestion via video conferencing

Profile created and data fed from the patient side in the system to let the doctor access to those information

The doctor would be able to provide the medical suggestions and patients will be able to receive those suggestions via text or video conferencing
