Objective: The main objective is to know the South Korean MNEs‘ practices and process of recruitment and selection in their international operations specially in China. Method: The reaches found that South Korean MNEs are being ethnocentric and polycentric in their international staffing process and they did adopted the mixed approach or say polycentric approach, with a decease in the number of emigrants' gradually over time. Recruitment and Selection Building Scale
Objective: The objective was to develop a psychometrical comprehensive assessment measure for enhancing and improving recruitment and selection process. Method: The research was done as per Lynn’s two stages of development and judgement. Experts ratings were analysed using median, content validity ratio and content validity index.
Argument: The validity of recruitment and selection process content is evidenced by generating the results from the process. Conclusion:: The four subscales were generated out of total 27 items which form the recruitment and selection cycle that is helpful in recruitment and selection process.
